Are You Ready to Lead?

Earth Care’s Youth Allies for Sustainability is a program for young people in northern New Mexico who care about people and the planet. Youth Allies members are young people who step up and take a leadership role in the community by learning about environmental and social issues, building alliances and friendships across cultures, and taking action to create a better world.

If you are a young person (age 13-19) you can join Youth Allies and take part in our monthly Network meetings and Service-Learning Projects as well as Leadership Opportunities throughout the year. Youth Allies offers a number of Training Programs that will help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to positively impact your own life, the lives of others, and the future health of your community. We also provide Resources for young people to pursue higher education and community activism.

Want to do something for Earth Day this year?

Earth Care is hosting a Coalition meeting for youth, teachers, and community members who are interested in making this the biggest Earth Day celebration in Santa Fe's history.

The meeting will take place on February 20th from 10-1PM at Earth Care.

We'll be scheming up projects for Global Youth Service week which takes place April 19-23rd

(The week of Earth Day which is the 22nd).
